授業の到達目標
The aim of this subject is to get the students to speak!  

授業の内容
The second semester the students will do a number of projects that will improve their communication ability. There students will make a small movie project as well as participating in a foreigner interview project. The students will also participate in class discussions that are of interest to the young adult.

準備学習(予習・復習)の内容又はそれに必要な時間
Every class students will have to prepare for the next class there will a lot of presentations and homework. Students will be expected to check vocabulary for the next class. the students also in this semester will have to prepare to interview foreign students on the campus.  

成績評価の方法
40% - There will be an interview test at the end of each term
20% - Class participation will be evaluated.
20% - Evaluation of the video project.
20% - Tests for each chapter studied

I am a part time teacher so my office hours are ten minutes before class.
At the beginning of the semester we will create a class line account

備考
In this course I hope the students will try their hardest to communicate in class with each other and myself. The simple point is that English is easy if you try.

授業計画
第1週review of first semester
第2週Impact Issues Unit 6 - House work Video Project Tokyo History project. In this project the students will make five minute presentations on a place in Tokyo.
第3週Impact Issues Unit 6 - Housework continue Tokyo History Project - The students put forward idea where they will make a movie.
第4週Impact Issues - The Unborn Child History Project - Revision of non verbal message in a presentation.
第5週Impact Issues The Unborn Child The Unborn Child - Presentation - How many children do I want Tokyo History Project - editing of the project
第6週Final Editing of the history Project. In the class students will check their final project
第7週Viewing of the history project.
第8週This section of the course the students will be begin to look what jobs they would like to do in the future. The students will do a self analysis of their character and beging to search for the jobs they want to do in the future. They will look at their motivations and skills and decide what job they want to do.
第9週In these classes the students will present posters of a job they would like to do in the future. The students will have to answer these questions in their presentation.
第10週In these classes we will be be watching the movie "the Pursuit of Happyness" The movie is broken down to four parts and student will have to prepare questions to to discuss.
第11週In this part of the course we are going to teach students about interviews and the importance of first impressions.
第12週The students will learn about the different types of questions they might be asked in an interview. For example Traditional questions, behavioral questions, crazy questions etc
第13週Continuation of questions and preparation for final test
第14週The final test in this part of the course will that one student will ask three students questions for 7 minutes. The interview will be video taped and students will have to give themselves a score and justify that score.
第15週Review of the semester work
The schedule can change depending on the number of students in the class.
